RSW, Master of Narrative Therapy and Community work (First Class Honours) -The University of Melbourne, devoted majority of the career time in clinical service especial the group and case counselling work for marginal youths, NEET, SEN, mental wellness development, young parents, the ethnic minority groups in Hong Kong to enhance their personal development. Currently she is the founder of COSI. Workshop Limited and eager to integrate her knowledge and provide training for different NGOs and community.She is the Fieldwork Supervisor and Tutor for the post-graduate social work students in the university, and experienced in training, consultancy and clinical supervision for NGOs. Queena is specialized in narrative therapy and helps people to identify personal purpose as well as helping people to aware about own emotional needs through different workshop and training.
